We welcome referrals from pediatricians, family physicians, midwives, lactation consultants, speech-language pathologists, public health nurses, early years centres and school programs. No formal referral is required for a family to book with us, but a note from you helps us understand the concern before the child arrives, and we will report back to you.
The Canadian Dental Association recommends a first dental visit by age one. Physicians and nurses see these children long before we do, and a word at a 12-month check often makes the difference between a preventive visit and a treatment plan under anaesthetic three years later. We provide referral pads for your office.
No. Any parent can call us directly. A referral note is helpful but never required.
Yes, with the family's consent we send findings and treatment details to the referring provider.
